Hulbert House

Nestled away in stunning Queenstown, you will find Hulbert House, a boutique accommodation location, catering for your weekends away. This stunning house is a small walk from town, away from the hustle and bustle. Set in a winter wonderland, a picturesque sunny location, why not enjoy a glass of red while eating beautiful canape styled food as the cold nights set in.

The foyer is an antique styled luxury. The rooms are an old world charm. There is nothing generic about Hulbert House, immerse yourself in a relaxing atmosphere, a home away from home. Everything is beautiful, from the grounds, the house, to the room, in particular the details of pure luxury. Take time for yourself, soak in their sensational baths, and try a Gin or two in their breath taking bar- it’s a must to put on your list!

When you wake, head down for a beautiful breakfast, before you go explore the managers picks of places to visit while you are in town, to make your weekend getaway extra special!

“For a couple of nights in Queenstown, we would recommend spending the first day around town browsing through shops, having a stroll around the gardens and taking a ride on the gondola. For any guests looking for an active afternoon, we have our E-Bikes that are perfect for a ride around the lake and the Frankton track (the Boatshed Café is great for refreshments along the way). Madam Woo is a good spot for lunch and for an evening meal, our guests favourite restaurant would be Rata.

On day two we would recommend a day out at Arrowtown, pick up a coffee from Chop Shop or an ice cream from Patagonia and take a stroll through the historic mining town and along the river. On the way home, we highly recommend our guests try the ‘trust the chef long lunch and matching wines’ at Amisfield winery. If you are still hungry after the long lunch Tanoshi offers a fun and intimate dining experience.” – Jade, Hulbert House Manager.
