Many great artists in history have come to Greece to capture the magic, simplicity, and spirit of the Greek culture resting in the country’s landscapes.
Poet Lord Byron once declared “if I am a poet, the air of Greece has made me one.”
German surrealist photographer Herbert List also travelled to ‘the land of the Gods’ between 1937 and 1939 to photograph the famous past and people of the country.
