Fall is officially here, and if you are in search of some good accessories to go with your look, here are a few items that are hot for the season.

1. Scarves. This is probably the most classic of fall accessories. However, this season it is standing out a bit more since solid and bright colors are hot this year, which normally is ever the case. Florals and Bohemian style scarfs are also in this fall.

2. Handbags. Pack away those black bags because colored bags are definitely hot this season.

Many people have trouble either falling asleep or sleeping through the night. Although I do question such ideas as feng shui, sometimes it's the things that you are skeptical about that make the most difference. Feng shui suggests, among many other things, to get all the electronics out of your bedroom; this means no T.V. or computer. These items tend to distract your unconscious or subconscious from sleep. If you use the TV to fall asleep to, try to fall asleep without it for a couple of nights and notice any differences in the way that you feel in the morning and throughout the day.
